Technical Skill Set Required:
* High-level troubleshooting ability.
* Network design and topology skills (i.e. Visio maps, etc.).
* Microsoft Exchange 2003, 2007 skill sets, including migrations.
* Excellent TCP/IP networking, DNS, and Active Directory skills.
* Writing and reporting skills to document proposals and work.
* Strong Windows(MAC a plus too) experience on both desktop and server.
* Highly skilled in managing diverse server/os environments.
* Firewall experience (Cisco, Sonicwall, etc.).
* Call center/help desk experience. Familiarity with ticket routing,
escalation and prompt resolution of ticketed issues
* Capable of multi-tasking and managing both client and company
expectations.
* Comfortable with mix of both field and project work.
