On-Site Support
This is typically for medium sized businesses that have a need for weekly support of ongoing issues, or the small business that wants a monthly visit to address some of there lingering issues. Hardware failures and deep troubleshooting can sometimes require onsite support.
Pro-Active Support
Everyone who has a desktop or server requires monthly or bi-monthly visits depending on the criticality of the systems to do a basic health check. At this time, we review patching, virus, spyware, and overall performance. This support is done remotely and can also be done onsite. Either way, it is important to set aside the time on a regular basis to do this thoroughly. We use our state of art Kaseya monitoring system that allows us to deliver all security, patches and antivirus updates daily. It also alerts us of any pending issues so they can be resolved before a user even knows they occurred!
